Comparison & Differentiation
Added value through real data.
Many digital solutions consist of boxes that use sensors to measure vibrations and determine statistical deviations from travel profiles.
The AWM+ electronic lift attendant, on the other hand, delivers data directly from the lift control system in real time. Service providers are immediately tasked with rectifying the fault, and tenants/customers are informed. See the comparison to see where the differences lie.
There are various providers on the market that offer lift monitoring via sensor boxes. These products use different sensor technologies to interpret movement patterns. Whilst these solutions provide an entry point into digital monitoring, they have significant limitations:
No protection against operator liability: Monitoring of safety circuits is not possible!
Statistical anomalies: Sensors provide delayed indications of operational faults; control data is not recorded.
No electronic lift attendant: The statistics generated are insufficient to meet the requirements of an electronic lift attendant.
AWM+ ensures that the basic requirements for safety, legal certainty and cost-effectiveness are met.
AWM+ Connect extends this foundation to include real-time monitoring, including of group-wide facilities. Both components are modular in design and can be introduced in stages. This allows operators to choose the right package – from the essentials to the extras.
