AWM+
The electronic lift attendant for operators who take their responsibilities seriously.
With the AWM+ electronic lift attendant, you can meet all legal requirements and reduce your liability risk – at no extra cost. AWM+ replaces the manual lift attendant with an electronic, control-integrated solution and forms the basis for all further services such as monitoring, process digitalisation and reporting.
The term ‘lift attendant’ refers to a person appointed by the operator to regularly inspect a passenger lift, carry out checks and document any irregularities. Legally, this list of tasks is described in TRBS 3121 and includes, amongst other things, monitoring the safety circuits, checking that the lift car is flush with the landing, ensuring the car lighting is in working order, and much more.
The AWM+ electronic lift attendant automates these tasks:
- Legal compliance & digital documentation
- Continuous monitoring of safety circuits
- Passable on to the customer in accordance with BetrKV
- Foundation for all further digital services
Manual inspections are reduced to a minimum through continuous remote monitoring. This allows operators to demonstrate the safe operation of the lift and compliance with legally required checks at any time, whilst saving time and staff resources. In addition, we provide you with the current operational status of the system.
Allocability
Operating a lift incurs costs that are often difficult to predict. However, lift operators can legally pass on the necessary expenses relating to their operational obligations to the building’s users as recoverable operating costs. The AWM+ electronic lift attendant falls under these recoverable costs because it fully complies with statutory inspection and monitoring requirements and thus contributes to operational safety.
