Smart monitoring of NEA & TGA+
With Monitoring, AcoBeSmart extends electronic lift monitoring to other key building services. Sensors for emergency power systems (NEA), tank probes and pressure boosting systems (TGA+) record operating conditions such as fill levels, performance data, pump pressure and operating hours, and transmit them in real time to the dashboard. This allows operators to keep a centralised overview of all safety-critical systems and resolve faults immediately.
Emergency power generators (EPG)
An emergency power supply system ensures the building’s power supply in the event of a power cut. The monitoring sensors monitor engine operation, fuel levels, battery voltage, load operation and start-up attempts. Any deviations are displayed as an alarm on the dashboard, enabling maintenance services to take proactive action. This allows operators to increase availability and meet inspection requirements.
TGA+ – Pumps & Pressure Boosting Systems
For pressure boosting systems and building pumps, the TGA+ module monitors the operating status and any system failures. The data helps to plan maintenance according to need and reduce operating costs.
Open interfaces
All sensor data can be linked to the AWM+ dashboard via open APIs. This also allows tank probes, roller shutters or other building services equipment to be connected.
